PCB Assembly Types: Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Ball Grid Array (BGA), uBGA/Micro BGA, Chip Scale Package (CSP)

Soldering techniques: selective wave soldering, high melting point (HMP) soldering, Pb88 soldering and Au80 soldering

Solder Type: Lead Solder, Tin Solder, Lead Free Solder/RoHS Compliant

Testing and Inspection: Flying Probe Testing (FPT), Automated Optical Inspection, X-ray Inspection

Custom Circuit Board Assembly test program


Before final shipment, the assembled board will be subjected to various test methods:

Visual inspection: general quality inspection.

FAI: Full quality inspection of the first PCB to pass all stages of production.

X-ray inspection: Inspect BGAs, QFNs and bare circuit boards.

AOI Test: Check solder paste, 0201 components, missing components and polarity.

3D AOI testing: Check for missing and misplaced SMT components in three dimensions.

3D SPI Testing: Measure the precise volume of solder paste for SMT assembly.

ICT (Online Test).

Functional testing (as per your testing procedure).
