- Potting for pressure sensor and humid-area circuitry; selective conformal coating elsewhere
- 300 / 600 V rated terminal blocks, film capacitors, DC bus electrolytics with vent space

FAQ
1. Do you supply bare boards or complete controller assemblies?
Both. We build the board set, and can add heatsink, harness, terminal and enclosure assembly as a box-build step.
2. Can you flash firmware and keep version traceability?
Yes. We flash your binary, record the firmware version against the board serial number, and report the version used per shipment.
3. How is a compressor drive board tested?
ICT first, then motor-load run-in across the output frequency range, plus hipot, insulation resistance and thermal cycling before packing.
4. Can you mount IPM and IGBT modules with heatsinks?
Yes, including press-fit, torque-specified screw mounting and TIM application, with X-ray inspection of the joints.
5. Can you reproduce a legacy compressor controller from a physical sample?
Yes, under NDA and with your written confirmation that you own or are licensed to the design. Deliverables: Gerber, schematic, BOM.
