Air conditioner control board

The air conditioner control board is the control center of the air conditioner. It is used to collect signals from remote controls or sensors, and after processing, send commands to components such as compressors, fan motors, etc. to make them operate in an appropriate manner.

The air conditioning control board has four working states: high wind speed, medium wind speed, low wind speed and automatic wind speed. And has a large-screen LCD display power-off data memory function.

Air conditioning control board composition

The air conditioner control board consists of 4 parts, the power circuit, the three components of the CPU, the input part circuit and the output part load. The output part load has the following 5 parts, indicator light, buzzer, stepper motor, indoor fan and relay.

3 main relays:

1. Compressor relay:

Controls the running and stopping of the compressor. In cooling mode, the compressor is controlled by 3min continuous circuit protection, evaporator low temperature protection, voltage detection, overcurrent protection and other circuits. In heating mode, the compressor has 3min continuous circuit protection, evaporator over-temperature protection, voltage detection, over-current protection and other circuit controls.

2. Outdoor fan coil relay:

Controls the running and stopping of the outdoor fan, and the protection circuit is the same as the compressor.

3. Four-way valve coil relay:

Control the operation and stop of the four-way valve coil. In cooling mode, no power supply, stop working.
