What is SMT PCB Assembly?


It is a method of mounting electrical components directly on the surface of a printed circuit board. It allows components to be mounted directly on a surface mount PCB. The technology helps to miniaturize components, allowing surface mount technology to package more and more electronic components in a small space. 5. Reflow, melt the solder paste, and melt the solder paste firmly through the high temperature of the reflow furnace.

6. Cleaning to remove harmful residual substances on the PCB panel.
