The compressor control board maintains network pressure within programmable limits by automatically loading and unloading compressors. There are several settings to consider, such as: unloading and loading pressures, minimum downtime and maximum number of motor starts.

Principle of compressor control board: Usually we call the equipment with the following functions as compressor control board: automatic control of compressor operation, protection of compressor operation, maintenance of alarm devices, automatic restart after power failure.

Compressor Control Board Operation: The compressor control board maintains network pressure within a settable range by automatically loading and unloading compressors. There are several settings to consider, such as: unloading and loading pressures, minimum downtime and maximum number of motor starts.

The control board stops the compressor whenever possible to reduce power consumption and automatically restarts the compressor when the pressure drops. If the unloading time is expected to be too short, the compressor will run continuously to prevent too short downtime.

The compressor is equipped with sensors, if the measured value of one of the sensors exceeds the set shutdown standard, the compressor will stop running and a shutdown alarm signal will be displayed on the compressor controller.

Automatic restart after power failure: The compressor control board has the function of automatically restarting the compressor when the voltage recovers after a power failure. This function can be turned on or off according to customer needs.

The compressor control panel consists of power distribution system, screen protection system and DTC control system.

Power distribution system: 2000KW high-voltage motor (10KV) air compressor starts at full pressure. The control cabinet is an indoor communication, metal armored withdrawable switchgear. The switch cabinet consists of two parts: a fixed cabinet and a detachable part, that is, a handcart. The purpose of control, protection and monitoring is realized with the function of "five defenses".

Screen protection system: The central signal device in the air compressor control panel is the accident signal and the warning signal. The main task of the accident signal is to send out sound and light signals in time when the circuit breaker trips.

DTC control system: The TC control panel is the "brain" of the air compressor. The values of various field sensors are finally aggregated to the DTC control screen. Display various operating parameters and monitor the operating status of each part of the air compressor. When certain parameters are out of the allowable range, DTC will issue a corresponding alarm or automatically shut down the air compressor.
