The Mid-Autumn Festival is coming up, and we would like to share our holiday schedule in advance so you can plan your orders and inquiries with confidence.

Holiday schedule

Office team (sales, engineering, administration): closed September 25–27, 2026; resumes September 28
Factory team (SMT production and assembly): closed September 25–26, 2026; resumes September 27

Quotation requests

To have your quotation processed before the holiday, please send your RFQ or BOM to us by 3:30 PM (GMT+8) on September 24, 2026. Requests that arrive after that time will be picked up as soon as our team is back.

Sales support during the holiday

Your account manager and our sales team will remain reachable throughout the holiday for ongoing projects and urgent questions.

Confirmed orders

Every confirmed order has already been scheduled in advance. Production and delivery timelines will not be affected by the holiday.
