We have advanced manufacturing equipment, world-leading process technology, fully automatic integration of the entire production line, electronic manufacturing services (EMS) custom facilities from SMT, AI, wave soldering, ICT, FCT, coating, assembly to reliability testing.

0201 SMD chip, 0.4mm pitch BGA, QFN, POP, bonding, SPI, AOI, X-Ray and other instrument testing, 100% functional testing of the board before shipment.

One-stop OEM PCBA assembly. Industrial control PCBA, automation PCBA, security product PCBA, smart home PCBA production, etc. Strict quality control, our quality standard is ISO9001:2015 certified, each board will be inspected by AOI and FCT test.

After AOI, manual visual inspection (100%) of each board, all defects are recorded on paper, records can be found at any time. Our standard is IPC-A-610E.

PCBA assembly test program


Covering a full range of test solutions from manufacturing to shipping, the assembled board will use various test methods:
